Miguel Alonso shares his experience with the El Salvador U-17 National Team in Madrid

As part of their international tour of Europe, the El Salvador U-17 National Team had the opportunity to attend an educational talk given by Miguel Alonso, lecturer at APF University and renowned academy director in Spanish football.

During his session in Madrid, Alonso shared with the players a roadmap to the standards and habits required in high-performance football, highlighting the importance of discipline, holistic development and ongoing preparation in order to reach the highest competitive levels.

This activity added to the experience of training sessions, matches against elite clubs such as Real Betis Balompié, Atlético de Madrid and Olympique de Marseille, as well as cultural visits to different cities and iconic stadiums across Europe, enriching the development of the youngsters both on and off the pitch.

This entire process has been a key part of their preparation for the FIFA U-17 World Cup Qatar 2025, reaffirming, from ASM – APF University, our commitment to creating experiences that enhance Salvadoran talent and project it towards the elite of international football.
