APF, ASM and INDES: a top-level partnership in technical and sports education.
Together with INDES, the National Sports Institute of El Salvador, APF and ASM have begun the creation of the Higher Education Institute +INDES. This is a top-level educational institution in technical and sports training, which will launch its programs starting in January 2025, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education of El Salvador. It will become a leading educational benchmark of the highest quality, with APF Certification as a quality standard for employment and specialized curricula.
A setting to celebrate the creation
The creation of the institute was announced in the context of the XXI CODICADER 2024 Student Sports Games, held in this Central American country. The institute was born with the aim of offering high-level technical and sports education.
The ad honorem president of the National Sports Institute of El Salvador (INDES), Yamil Bukele, stressed that this new educational center will be one of the great legacies of the Codicader 2024 Games. He also said: “We are fully aware of the need to update the ways in which we approach the professionalization of sport. That is why today we are announcing the creation of the Higher Education Institute +INDES, which will begin operating as of next year.”
The Higher Education Institute will initially offer 12 courses and 2 master’s degrees in Sports Performance, football-specific programs, Physical Education and Disability, and Childhood Education.
APF at the forefront of educational innovation
APF and ASM will provide educational content and advanced methodologies tailored to the needs of the sports sector in the Ibero-American region, to be implemented just as we have already successfully developed in Spain and internationally. This alliance represents a milestone for the three institutions, establishing them as benchmarks in prestigious, high-impact education within the sports field.
